Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland and TheHague, Netherlands. Flex Of Sweden accepts payments only in Euros (EUR) directly via Stripe with credit cards.

Orders paid in advance by the Buyer in the e-shop will be processed from the moment of receipt on working days 09:00-17:00.

We normally dispatch goods within 2 working days from order. In case of delays, we will inform the customer.

For european shipping, delivery times vary from 4 to 14 working days depending on the destination.

Please note that we can’t deliver to PO Boxes nor campuses (military, university etc.)

The shipping fee for all shipments to customers in Finland, Sweden and Estonia are from €8.90 to 22.90€ depending on the weight and size of the shipment. Deliveries by Posti Group.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees and taxes.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for all our products. Products can only be returned if they are unopened, and all tags, seals, or stickers are intact.

For all products, the return period is 14 days from the receipt of the goods, provided they are in their original condition and all tags, seals, or stickers are undamaged.

If you return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as any customs fees and taxes. We recommend insuring the package and contacting us flexofsweden@mail.com once you have the tracking number.

The return processing can take up to seven days, as our quality control team will first inspect the item. After a successful inspection, the refund will be processed within two to three weeks, provided all return conditions are met.
